Delivery timings are always laid out on the Voucher email you receive, and in the Full Details section of each deal. If you have redeemed properly and still not received the goods after that delivery window has expired then contact the merchant directly with as much info as you can give them. The contact information for the merchant can be found on your voucher email under the redemption instructions. If you are still having trouble then contact us using our Customer Support Email
As soon as you have purchased your voucher you will be sent an email containing your voucher codes and your redemption instructions. (Make sure you check your junk/spam folder as it may have been redirected there). Each deal is different so it is important to follow these redemption instructions carefully.

You can use your iVoucher as soon as you get it unless stated otherwise in the Fine Print of the deal. (Some websites for example need 24 hours to load up your voucher codes so will ask you to wait 24 hours before you try and redeem your voucher)
Check that the code you are using matches the code on the Voucher email exactly. Make sure you have followed the redemption instructions on this email exactly too. Also if you have tried to use a code as soon as you have received your Voucher then please wait 6 hours and try again. If you are still having trouble then contact us on our Customer Support Email
Sadly not. Expiry dates are made very clear on the Voucher itself, and they must be used before the expiry date passes.
We offer a no-quibble 7-day money back on all unredeemed Vouchers. Just email Customer Support Email to request a refund.
We are generally unable to offer refunds after one week from the purchase date.
We choose our merchants very carefully but if you do have a complaint then let us know and we will do what we can to resolve it.
For a mail order deal you will give your address to the merchant when you redeem your voucher. It does not matter if it is different from the billing address that you give to us.
You can give all of this information to the merchant when you redeem your Voucher, you do not need to give it to us.
If you have received your product and then subsequently want to return it, you would need to contact the merchant who supplied it to you directly. The merchants details can be found in the redemption instructions on your voucher email.
If the business closes down and your voucher has not expired, we will refund your money.
